A suburb situated at the junction of Mahatma Gandhi Road and Link Road, Kandivali West, is displaying a healthy real estate development due to myriad factors. However, connectivity and a wide variety of options top the ladder.
Due to the fast paced development, Kandivali West has grabbed the eyeballs of many well-known developers. This has led to a surge in the launch of many projects to suit various segments of the population. Developers present on this stretch are Ashray Group, Acme Developers, GA Builders Pvt Ltd, Mayfair Housing Pvt Ltd, to name a few. Out of the total new projects listed on the Magicbricks.com, many will be ready for possession by 2015.

The average sizes of these apartments range from 500-1000 sq ft.

Connectivity definitely augers well. Roopesh Gupta of Vaibhav Realtors, “Kandivali West enjoys bus connectivity through Jai Ganga Bus Stop and railway connectivity through the Kandivali railway station, which is at a distance of 4 km.” The area has all the amenities required by an end-user. For kids, there are schools such as Gandhi Vidhya Mandir High School, Cambridge School and St Lawrence High School. Apart from this, there are shopping centres, hospitals and banks located here.
